another employee out the door?!
there has been a rash of odd karmic goings on around the office of late. someone from the night crew (either a security guard or someone in the cleaning crew) has been stealing things from the office. we're down a cdrom drive, digital camera, and a roll of stamps (!). until now i was kinda thinking my office was more secure than my home. now i think instead we're demonstrating the utility of employing 24 hour security.
today was day 2 of our office manager not showing up to work *and* not calling in with any explanation. after finally getting hold of her this afternoon, she is "going through too much to work right now."
so seeing as we're down an office manager, if any of you are interesting in doing office management work, or if any of you know someone interested in office management work, i'd love to here from you. i've posted about the position before, but if you can handle a computer, are capable of learning, and can be here reliably, we do offer training. ;)
