-She knows Transform, but she hates actually doing it. Mew likes being herself, and transforming makes her skin prickle for days and she keeps thinking like whatever she turned into. She's pretty much given up on it, even though that means humans might try to catch her more often than the few other Mews there are out there.
-Despite that last fact, she's pretty good at hiding out--she spends most of her time floating above the ocean where humans (or other pokémon, for that matter) don't go often.
