Uh... it doesn't always happen, and you never know who it will happen to. I never noticed Lightning acting strangely...

It just happens, and the person in a coma is back in their own world and goes on with their life... until they wake up. I don't get it myself. I don't even know what happens. They just lie there, and in some other world they're walking around doing what they've always done.
