Canonmate, sorta-kinda big sister and pseudo mom. Back at home, she let a wimpy little boy tag along, and soon enough he grew on her, and she grew on him. One of the few older people whom he's gotten to know and actually liked in his whole life. He's got her now, and he's not about to let go again, not like... well when she was last around, even if she doesn't remember.
LIGHTNING FARRON
The big guy, the loudmouth, the team Sentinel, the idiot hero and the guy who needs a kick in the buttcrack from time to time. But they're still bros. Very good bros. Most of their time back at home was made up of "fightfightfightfightRAWRkickfal'Cieass", but now at least they can kick back, relax and have fun with each other. Hope knows he's willing to tease Snow for being a big lumbering damn hero sometime. WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU SNOW
SNOW VILLIERS
Fellow member of Team Shota. A cool kid and apparently knows almost the same kinds of spells Hope does, which makes them connect easier. He finds there are a lot of similarities between them, and it actually kind of fun learning a lot about Ven. And he wont admit it, but Princess is a cute name for a Pokémon.
VENTUS
Fellow member of Team Shota. He always looked so sad, and Hope's wondered why. He's also kind of accident prone, and it made Hope worry, especially when he doesn't make a big deal out of it. He's gone now, but Hope's at least glad that he's home.
ENMA KOZATO
Enma's friend, and family-but-not-that-kind-of-family-- this translates as party member in Hope's head. She's since moved on to another group. ... And no, he doesn't like her much, but he was still a little sad that she left.
SUZUKI ADELHEID
She has a Vulpix with his name. No, really. It's kind of embarrassing, especially when she makes it attack. "Hope, use Ember!" ... Yeah. Overall, he thinks Rika is a nice person, and maybe a little too formal for her age. He wonders what's up with that, but he's not about to ask any time soon.
RIKA FURUDE
Fellow teddy bear owner. She helped him out when he first got his, and continues on giving him advice on how to cope with that rambunctious Pokémon of his. The way she said that he was strong while she was not made him realize how similar they are, and he wants to help her out in any way that he can.
ASUKA TENJOUIN
Fellow teddy bear owner, and apparently a Keyblade user too, he's got to be from Ven's world/universe. Hope first met him as a slightly older person during his first few days in Johto, but that version disappeared to be replaced by this younger Sora. Time paradox?! More likely than you think. But Hope's not complaining, and he's having fun getting to know Sora.
SORA
That snarky kid who's apparently Sora's best friend. Hope's not sure what to make of him, but since they're in one big traveling party, he's sure he'll learn more about him soon.
RIKU
Ven's big bro and part of their trio. Hope's heard lots of stories, but he's yet to see the truths behind them. He's not sure what to make of Terra yet, but he's sure that he will, in time.
TERRA
A man he's met over the Guide. Their worlds are very similar, and their discussions prompted Hope to get a journal to record things. He wants to talk to him more, see if there are more people like them, and more connections than they possibly know.
CECIL HARVEY (name unknown)
He does not like Squall, oh no. Squall is an even bigger brat than Hope was before he toughened up, and that's saying something. Not to mention he abandons his own Pokémon-- a minus in Hope's book.
SQUALL LEONHART
Other version of Squall-- he's older and more mature, and Hope takes to him easily. Hope likes him far better than Squall, and is happy to call him "Leon" any time. He's slowly treating Leon like he would Snow, tease bait and almost-big bro.
LEON
Friend of a friend-- apparently that now means they're friends? Rise sure acts like it, even though Hope himself isn't sure about it. She reminds him of Vanille, and this makes him wonder if she has any secrets she's hiding too. Then again, everybody has secrets, and with Rise? Hope's content to go with the flow. She doesn't seem like a bad person anyway.
