Most trainers give their pokemon special nicknames. I thought you were the type to do the same, but from the look on your face...it seems you don't. [It's hard to tell reading him from just video feed. She smiles.] There's nothing wrong in keeping their original name. I think it's easier that way.

Well, you could always call her by her normal name until you think of a good nickname. There's no rush in naming our pokemon, right?

I've got [starts counting off his fingers] Alexander-- I started out with him. He's a Wartortle now. And then Elida. [his pretty pink baby] She evolved into a Flaaffy last week. Kai I got when the Drifloon came along.
