So, It's been a while (again), but I wanted to link anyone that still has me on their list on here to a new blog I've started, which will chronicle my attempt at teaching myself to become a great pastry chef. So far, I only have two entries: one that's just an introduction and one that I posted today about a flourless chocolate torte I made last night.
