Birth Certificate

I dont have a birth certificate and My dad tried to get one and was unsuccessful from past 2 yrs. I am going to start the process again and document each and every step and record the conversations with the officials and post it on my blog. If I cant get my birth certificate by normal means, I am planning to involve the PRESS also. Any of you have any contacts with PRESS?
