so yesterday was movie night with Emily Derek and Mark.
it was a good time.
did some late sleeping last night and did some late rising also.
father yelled at me for being fat.
so i decided "maybe i will work out today."
so i ran a mile and my knee felt as though it was going to explode.
that probally isnt too good.
tonight is definatly a movie night.
