1) Where did you begin 2008?
In the old apartment. Dallas, TX
2) What was your status on Valentine's Day?
engaged to Richard
3) Were you in school anytime this year?
yeah, thru August
4) How did you earn your money?
sold my soul to Harley-Davidson
5) Did you have to go to the hospital?
I went to visit my grandfather
6) Did you have any encounters with the police?
There as a police shoot 'em up in the hallway of our old apartment building. Thank goodness we moved a week later!
7) Would you relive 2008 over and over again?
no.. this has been the most stressful year of my life!
8) What did you purchase that was over $1000?
kitchen table and chairs from World Market. Best investment ever! (Richard would say the best investment ever was the tv.)
9) Did you know anybody who got married?
Me!! and Julie and Annie.
10) Did you know anyone who passed away?
My Grandpa, I miss him tons.
11) Did you know anyone who had a baby?
Amber! and I know someone else who's only a couple months away
12) Did you move anywhere?
from that crappy apartment to this one. So much happier here!
13) What concerts/shows did you go to?
Roadtrip to Tulsa, OK w/ Angela and her mom to go to the American Idol concert in Sept. It was worth it just to see Angela geek out over David Cook.
14) Are you registered to vote?
Yarr!
15) Do you still have the same job as you did in 2007?
yeah, but I really, really want to have a new one.
16) Has anyone betrayed you in 2008?
not that I can think of. I hope I'm beyond the part of my life where that crap happens all the time.

ugh... Obama got elected. :(
19) What's one thing you thought you'd never do but did in 2008?
got married. I'd mostly assumed I was the type to get married

the first "we're married!!" moment between me and Richard

I don't have a lot of patience w/ people who make my life difficult
22) Any new additions to your family?
nope, we're tiny
23) What was your best month?
April. I got married and we met Richard's son

red hot chili peppers

I've met a lot of new friends.

I don't know.. Richard would probably remember this better than me, I'm kinda a homebody
29) Would you say you've changed since the beginning of this year?
I think so. The begining of this year was really sad and stressful for me. I've been able to deal w/ my crap better- stress, stuff that needs to get done, people and things that make me mad, etc.
30) Do you think 2009 will be better or worse?
I don't know.. 2008 was my year of change. My grandpa passed away, I got married, became a step-mother, moved, finished my classes, etc. I hope I find a new job in 2009, that would make that part of my life better.
