Snow!
Just so you know, that subject line started out as "smow!". Anyone wants to hazard a guess at what "smow" is, answers on a postcard.
So yes - tis snowing outside. A lot. And I can confirm for those who were still wondering, that snow is cold. Because I had to de-snow my car to go and pick up people to go to the pub. Isn't my life awful? Snow + friends + pub?

I wouldn't love snow quite so much if we had it all the time, but somehow snow everywhere makes me happy and when it stops it makes me sad. Mainly because I'm in here and it's out there (although snow-angels? Best things ever!)
In other (non snow) news I'm going to Edinburgh on Tues, courtesy of my work who are sending me up there and paying for me to stay in a nice hotel. I even get paid for the traveling time! Have I mentioned that I love my job right now? Because I do. I actually don't hate going to work! And I've been told by a number of (important) people that I'm doing it really really well. I have total job-love at the moment and you have no idea how much nicer everything seems when you don't hate your job. They think I'm so good at my job that I'm being paid to go to Edinburgh for two days and train a department rather than get one of my equals up there to do it. *Has self-pride*
And now I think that Jac and I have plans. Important plans that involve due South and probably hot drinks in front of a snowy window.
