She's multi-faceted abnormal

When I went to visit bijal she took me to Trader Joe's because I'd never been, we may have been on the hunt for something but that detail has since slipped my mind. While we were there I picked up a pack of Pop-Up Sponges, which I used for the first time today. Can I please tell you that they are the most fantastic thing. They're made from natural vegetable cellulose, and twelve of them come in this tiny little package. You get them wet before you use them and they expand in your hand (or in the sink, I guess but I prefer the "in your hand" method) just like those little grow toys we had when we were kids. You know, the ones that started out as a pill and then you put them in a bowl and...never mind.

So they start out small but then they expand to the size of a regular sponge, I'd say they're a little thicker than the cheapo sponges I was using before. They've got excellent cleaning power: no scouring action so if you're looking for that you're still going to need another sponge, but they don't fall apart during the first use. This is my first time using one but it seems to me that they will last as long as any other sponge. They're also not as compacted as some of the other sponges I've had so the one I just used seems to be drying out faster, which is a bonus to me. So!There you have it: my product PSA of the month. If you have a Trader Joe's near you, go out and get yourself a pack!
