Work work....and more work
Man I am starting to work crazy hours!! right now I am working about 13 hour shifts...3 of those hours are overtime.. It's all because we are getting flooded with calls on Canadian Red Cross and The Salvation Army. People calling in to donate money to the Victims of Hurricane Katrina. What a Horrible experience to have to overcome...your whole town practically brought to the ground.... But a lot of people out there care and are generous and donating money. Which leaves extra hours at work, which are overtime hours...they are even asking us if we have friends and family that would like to come in and take calls for donations....get paid under the table..its like $9/hr, which is good! I dunno how long we are going to be really busy with calls. Chrys might come in and help with calls!! haha that would be fun... but if she goes in on Thursday I won't be able to go in because I am going to the Pearl Jam concert that night. I might be picking up an extra shift on Friday, just a part shift....starting around 3-4am in the morning. The guy that is supervising, doesn't really wanna supervise, so I told him I may be able to come in and finish his shift if he wants. But that won't be overtime hours.
Everything else is going great. Cavel is happy to have his truck working now, he bought new seat covers, a steering wheel cover and metallic red wipers. I think I know what to get him for christmas...heh, Thursday night we went bowling with Chrys, ed and Dave.... Cavel got to meet the wacky guys, and well we were going to go to Chateau lanes but by the time Cavel and I got there, Dave got kicked out because he stole a muffin...like come on!!! So we went to Roxy lanes, then went to Triple b's after to play pool. that night was fun..
Went to the Olive garden with Cavel friday night, then went for a walk on the waterfront at the forks. After that we went and rented a movie and watched it at his place. Sin City...Not what I expected out of that movie....I won't be watching that again! Then we watched The Blue Collar Comedy Tour Movie.. That was hilarious! we started dozing off on the couch when he said we should just go back to my place and sleep in my bed because its more comfortable then the couch...why not his bed you ask...well hes in the midst of buying a new bed, he had a water bed but got rid of it and is using the spare single bed that his sister has...until he buys a new bed which he bought yesterday, but he texted msg'd me last night saying that he bought the bed, but couldn't fit the boxspring down the stairs...should have gotten a split box spring! Anyway we got up at 930 and went for breaky. Then he dropped me off back at home and I went to bed.
Anyway I gotta get going to work...gunna be another long night, Ciao
