"Are you serious?!" eighteen year-old, Miyamoto Kiyomi exclaimed. Kiyomi was an actress but she wasn't as famous like Shida Mirai and Fukuda Mayuko. The fact that most people refer to Kiyomi as a "nerd" or "wimp". However, she doesn't care. As long as Kiyomi does a good job, nothing else matters.
"Yes, we are! You are going to star in a drama with Arioka Daiki!" her manager, Suzuki, said. Kiyomi nearly squealed in delight. She had a crush on Daiki since like forever. She couldn't wait to start filiming the drama. As her manager left Kiyomi's dressing, Kiyomi jumped up and down in happiness. Maybe....Maybe Dai-chan will be my boyfriend!! That'll show Mirai and Mayuko that I can be popular as them!!
Kiyomi pushed up her glasses and she smiled widely, being with Daiki is the best thing that's ever going to happen to her. Or so she thought it was.
The next day, she came on set of her new drama. "Where's Dai-chan?! Where's Dai-chan?!" she asked repeatly. Her manager let out a sigh, "He'll be here soon Kiyomi". Kiyomi looked around anxiously for Daiki, hoping to see him and meet him finally. In a matter of minutes, Daiki arrived on set with Nakajima Yuto. Kiyomi was speechless, so speechless that in fact she didn't notice that her glasses feel to the floor. Yuto tried to hold back his laughter when he saw Kiyomi.
Daiki then walked up to Kiyomi and picked up her glasses for her. "Here are your glasses" he said with a smile. Kiyomi smiled as she took back her glasses and put them on. She giggled in delight as she saw Daiki this close to her.
"You know what? You're very cute, wanna hang out sometime?" Daiki asked. Kiyomi felt as if she could die from happiness. Daiki was actually asking her out, she tried not to squeal liek a fangirl.
"S-Sure" she said as Daiki smiled and walked away. Yuto then walked up to him, "Why did you ask her out? You know she's a nerd right?".
Daiki rolled his eyes and let out a sigh. He slipped his hands in his pockets as he sat down in a chair. "I only did that so she won't go all fangirl over me. Heck yea she's an ugly nerd".
~
Kiyomi was skipping in town in a very happy mood. It's been a week since she and Daiki started dating. She was about to meet up with Daiki at the cafe until she saw him with....Sugaya Risako. Sugaya Risako, her long-time rival. She crossed her arms as she saw Daiki flirting with Risako, he never acted like that when he's with her. As Risako left, she walked up to Daiki.
"Daiki, what were you doing with Sugaya Risako?"
"It's none of your business.."
Daiki tried to walk away from Kiyomi but she stopped him, she looked serious but hurt at the same time.
"How could you hang out with Sugaya when you're going out with me?!"
"Look! We were never going out! I only said those words to you so that you won't act like an obsessed fangirl and ruined the drama! You aren't even a professional actress! You're just an obsessed fangirl!"
Daiki then walked away from Kiyomi, she ran all the way home and looked at herself in the mirror. Someday...I'll have him begging on his knees for me...
(A Year Later)
It was a reglar day for JUMP, as they were rehearsing for SUMMARY 2011. Ryutaro was late for some reason, howevere; he came into the rehearsal room slowly reading a magazine. Daiki sighed as Ryutaro sat down, not even saying one word to the other members.
"Ryutaro, you're late for rehearsal because you're reading some stupid magazine?"
"It's not stupid!! I'm reading about the hottest actress on earth!!"
"Who? Fukuda Mayuko? Shida Mirai? Kawashima Umika? Toda Erika?" Chinen asked. Ryutaro shooked his head, meaning to them "HECK NO!".
Ryutaro then sat back down and opened his magazine, showing picture of a certain girl. "I'm talking about Miyamoto Kiyomi". Daiki's eyes widen as he snatched the magazine out of Ryutaro's hands. He looked and read everything, Kiyomi had changed. SHe looked more beautiful, acted in the most popular movies and dramas. She was different than what Daiki remembered. Actually, Daiki felt an attration towards her now. A week later, he was walking in the park until he saw someone familiar. It was Kiyomi and she was talking on the phone with her manager.
Daiki then walked up to her and she looked up at him. She remembered who he was but she didn't show any emotion.
"It's me Daiki, Arioka Daiki...you remember?"
"Yea, I remember. The guy who dumbed me for Sugaya and said that I wasn't a professional actress"
"Look, I'm sorry for what I did alright? I shouldn't have done that"
"Yea, you should have..."
Kiyomi was about to leave until Daiki held her wrist and turned her around to face him. "Look, I'm sorry....I was thinking, what I did was wrong....I shouldn't have treated you like that and you please take me back?"
"I always told myself that you'll come back begging for me," Kiyomi then gave Daiki a small peck on the cheek, "So I'll think about it". She then walked away with a smile on her face as Daiki stood there dumbstruck. He sat down on eth bench as he touched his cheek, he would never forget what had just happened.
