Yeah, there's this
research suggesting kids who sleep late can later suffer from depression, and I don't want that happening to any of us, but I can't help it!
When there are no classes, you don't wake up early, and if you start waking up late, you start sleeping late!!
Grr! The clock says 12:26 am but it seems like I have enough energy to run a marathon.
Hmm, I know of some people who stay up late till 5am, so maybe 12 is still early for them or something. But TRY to sleep earlier people, it's for the sake of your health.
