(I can't read it now ;_; because I have a full weekend of travelling and and work appointments when I don't even have a contract yet and shit, but can you put it on AO3, too? That just might make my Sunday!)

I definitely will! The consensus of my friends-list was to wait at least a week before archiving, but I will totally put it up there!

Heee. I'm so amused by the fact that Eames originally thought of Reid as a - well, a cross between Morgan and Hotch (although, fair enough, there was no reason to connect the suits to Arthur, but come on Eames, you're supposed to be better than that. I've never even seen MGG in a suit, never mind Reid), and that Arthur's...issues with Morgan (hee!) are so obvious even Eames notices them. (Normally I'd never say "even Eames", but a) it's Arthur, and b) Eames has had like a million signs, and yet he hasn't been able to put two and two together? Again, Eames, I thought you were good.)

Also, Arthur foiled the inception because she was sixteen. *____* And the interaction between him and Reid - even when we technically aren't supposed to know it's him; “Hi, it’s me,” Reid says. “I think I might need you.” ♥_____♥ - and the way they both say "no" to the painkillers and -

Okay, obviously I've devolved into just quoting everything back at you. But this is so awesome, even more so than I expected. Which is saying something. :DDDDD ( ... )

Eames hadn't done enough observation yet! He is good, he's just been missing key pieces of information. Th whole Arthur's secret FBI boyfriend thing kind of came out of nowhere for him. :-P

I am so happy the Arthur & Reid is working for you. Their little bits made me so happy while I was working on this. Thank you. <3

This is a comment on the entire story, which I read on my phone, which should be the first indicator of how much I enjoyed this, because 40k words. On my phone.

I loved the chewy plot and how you used it to bring the two universes together. I would never have thought of putting Arthur and Reid together, but you made it work really well here, Eames' uncharacteristic obliviousness leading to the slow reveal. I think their relationship brings out the things that are different about the two characters despite the fact that they're often shoved into the same roles and tropes in their respective fandoms.

Also, loved the bits of Eames and Reid interaction, especially trying to out-cheat each other at poker.

Holy crap, that is serious dedication! Thank you so much!! I am thrilled that the plot and the universe combining and the relationship all worked for you, and that is such a fantastic comment about the pairing bringing out different aspects of the characters. Thanks again for such a great comment!
