Sixteen Tons (How Frank Made it Happen) by bexless - Oh, the giggling. The heart-twisting. The adorableness. My love for Frank Iero is growing dangerously strong, I'm starting to worry. Fics like this do not help. (impasto, I am also looking at you when I rec this!)
with these hands by tacks - A complicated tangle of Gerard, Frank, and Mikey (insert appropriate warnings) that is just gorgeous, descriptive and lush. Every one of the characters in this kind of breaks my heart.
Seventeen Days Time by dsudis - I sometimes turn my nose up at genfic, and then I read something amazing like this and feel like a complete idiot, because it's an incredible glimpse of these characters just being themselves, which is really why we love them in the first place, right? Gerard and Bob and withdrawal, absolutely gorgeous.
While we're in that journal, this is a short, hot ficlet by dsudis about Frank with mono. Exhaustion is a serious kink of mine, sleep-deprivation and tiredness in all forms, and this just smacks it on the head. He's so wiped. He has mono. There's Gerard. I just. Nnnngh.
