I don't think he's taken that personally, he just didn't like taking Iker's place (=embarrassing himself)

He was so glad he could get Fábio in trouble with the police after the motorcycle stunt. Well, he's a jerk, but I doubt he's a criminal XD

Probably, but look, he behaves in a suicidal manner and that way he actually manages to stay alive. He knows the mole's identity and Villa just walks out as if nothing's wrong...

That's his job, even if he manages to bring in Villa he'll still have others gangsters to take care of :( But it's Iker, he likes being his own little Captain America (or rather, Spain). Why not? Because he'll never get any rest with Jordi around? ;)

(I'm sorry, it's just that now the action takes place on a too high "level" for Fábio. He's good for getting drugs and posing as a prostitute, this kind of things are his style, but international drug deals, shootings and protecting Villa? Way too important :()
