I need to fix my Kerrigan wig. It's old and so there is no elastic left, so that has to be done no matter what, but it's also itchy as hell and it would be nice if I could fix the whole top of the head that I have to hide with a bandana thing. I just don't really know how to go about doing that. It requires another wig, but I don't know how I want to combine them. And I'm worried about screwing it up an losing my favorite wig ever.

I still love this thing so much. Back when it looked less beat up and still could stay on my head without effort I would wear it around for fun all the time (it helped I was a college student in the art program).

So thinking about reviving the wig has me thinking about reviving the Queen of Blades costume. Although it's another of those that would greatly be improved if I knew how to create cosplay type armor. Whatever plastic or rubber material they use to create that stuff. If I could do that I could have so much fun. Oh the people I could make!

But I could make the Queen of Blades' wings out of wire instead of Styrofoam. It had been my first idea back in the day but it would have been too difficult. Might still be too difficult and heavy to create and wear. The Styrofoam worked because it was so light that I could make something nearly as wide as I was tall.

Dunno if that will be my project for next year. I've also thought about doing Lady Loki (easy except for those damned horns. How do people make the damned horns?), or even Duchess Ravenhair because the wig I have for this year reminds me of her. And it'd be cool to cosplay as an old 80s character that's not mainstream.

Basically I don't know what I want to do for next year. I'll just prance around in my Kerrigan wig and enjoy this rush of nostalgia.
