Table of prompts here

Prompt
Player's choice C; Blank/Magistrate/Burn; 6 points

Bornhald glared at the Darkfriend standing chained in front of him.

“You are hereby accused of being a Darkfriend, foulest and most traitorous of all people.  What do you have to say in your defence?” he spat.  He wouldn’t have bothered with a trial - it was a waste of time and he hated dressing up in the outfit of a magistrate - but this man was an Andoran lord and therefore had to be given some semblance of a fair trial.

“You have no evidence against me,” the lord said angrily.  “Check your records and you’ll find nothing to suggest I stand anywhere other than the Light!” He hid a smirk; his servant had made sure to have the condemning documents burnt and replaced with blank ones.

“Bring forth the evidence,” Bornhald demanded.

A Whitecloak returned a few minutes later bearing an official scroll.  Bornhald opend it with a flourish and blanched.  There was nothing on the document to suggest that the man was in league with the Dark.

As Bornhald pronounced the lord innocent, he vowed to himself to find something to bring him down.  Anything.

Prompt
T; Tear; 3 points
Egwene scowled when she saw a note on the table.  She was sick and tired of the love letters and flowers and gifts from Dav Ayellin.  Dav had never been high on Egwene’s list of favourite people and his refusal to admit that she wasn’t interested in him really grated on her nerves.  He knew she was practically betrothed to Rand.

Egwene groaned when she saw him peeking in through the window.  She took great vindictive pleasure in watching his face fall when she tore up the note slowly and deliberately without even reading it.

Prompt
Diamond #1 and #4; 4 points
“Trollocs!” Mat yelled from his position of tonight’s camp guard.  Nynaeve was about to scold him for attracting the creatures’ attention when Lan rushed to the scene, dripping water - it had been his turn to bathe in the river behind the trees - with his shirt unbuttoned.

Nynaeve’s eyes widened as they focused on his chest.  The man was built.  She only stopped staring when Egwene poked her, murmuring that she should stop embarrassing herself in front of Moiraine.  That stopped Nynaeve’s staring fast.

Prompt
Player's choice A; Ascendant; Patient; 5 points
There was only one bathroom in the Grinwell home, and after a day of hard work on the farm both Rand and Mat were in dire need of a bath.

Rand waited impatiently at the foot of the stairs, willing Mat to hurry up.  The adoring looks from Else Grinwell even while he stank of horse shit were creeping him out.

“Hurry up, you git,” Rand muttered.

“Patience, patience,” Mat joked, appearing at the top of the stairs.  Rand grinned and sprinted up the stairs and into the bathroom, barely giving Mat time to jump out of the way so he didn’t get knocked down.

“Boys,” Else muttered.

Prompt
A; Aggravation; 2 points
Moiraine sat down on a large rock with an angry hiss.

“I wish there was another way to get Rand to listen to me without having to say ‘Yes Rand, no Rand, whatever the hell you want, Rand!” she exclaimed.

“Would you like me to talk to him?  He sometimes actually listens,” Lan offered.  Moiraine shook her head.

“No, it has to be this way.  But being subservient to Rand al’Thor makes me so angry!” she said crossly.
