After reading my textbook, I started thinking about where exactly memory is stored in the brain...or if that's even a fact. I know memory isn't a tangible thing. and to answer your other question...no transplanting a brain into someone will not let them retain past experiences/memories from the donor - there is no way that is even remotely possible
