Rarrrgh GIF fail!

Just got back from my weekend in Belmez and have been trying to upload GIFs as icons. For some reason, they only work when they´re a certain size, and it has nothing to do with the size of the file, since they´re all below the maximum requirement, and it says they have uploaded correctly...

..which they obviously haven´t.

Did you upload them from a link or from your hard disk?

I uploaded them from my hard disk - because I make them in photoshop.

Have you tried uploading it to photobucket, tinypic etc. - maybe it works that way? Other than that I have no idea why it doesn't work, sorry =/.
