(no subject)
hiya folks
rightyhoooo gonna do a proper update now! haven't updated for quite some time though.... close enough to 2 weeks methinks! argh!
So what's been happening?....
Spent last week being a complete and utter bum... which was nice for a chance. It's so weird not to have to go home and revise! I can't even remember anything i did last week, was such a pointless week. Went up to alyson's school with her one day to return some books.... no-one even noticed i wasn't a pupil lol! Think i played a wee bit of golf too! Friday night, i was workin then tracey came up n we had a wee drink at mine then at hers. Saturday night, i had to babysit the watts with alyson, which was a rather hellish task so i couldn't go out with the girls who were up at yvan's gettin a drink. On sunday i had a west of scotland match against the east of scotland, played a girl who's handicap was a lot less that mine and beat her! yay! And the west won overall (5-3) which was good!
Went to school on monday to start 6th year.... how scary - i can't believe we're top of the school! haha!6th year common room is quite cool, but i get the feelin that certain groups are going to want to 'dominate' it. Hmm. Left school at lunch and met alyson for a wee bite to eat. Got the day off on tuesday cos i was helping in the ladies open at the golf, then playing in it later on in the afternoon. Played with belle clark, and we came second with our gross score =D yay! Got a big trophy thingy too, always good!
Started work experience on wednesday. Not really teh aspect of law i would be interested in - property law - which basically involved being on the phone ALL DAY. Mr crowe was saying he averages something like 110 calls a day! Met yvan on the train home so got a wee lift up the road with her! =) My dad's friend from work - jean michael (french) - came and stayed with us on wednesday night... what a sound guy! haha. He and my dad went up to the golf and sat with chris, punshon, pascoe, robbie maine.... god knows what was said! So we had to say au revoir to wee jean michael today, gutted.
This morning (thursday) yvan came and picked me up at 8 =( and we got the train in glasgow. was ragin cos i had to pay a full fare! at the office, gavin sent me out to get birthday cake so went on a trek across glasgow searching for a large chocolate cake as requested. Managed to find one in tesco's eventually. After that, spent the rest of the morning with the financial lady and got to do some online banking... woo hoo. In the afternoon i went over to the office in byres road, which was a complete waste of time - i do not want to be an estate agent after all. Left there after an hour, at 3 and was home by 4 today yay =)
Worked from 7 --> 11 tonight, and i'm soooo tired now! Kinda pissed off cos i didn't even get a tip from the men's match... and i had to waitress for like 24 of them! Only got my shitty wage... will hopefully be enough to take me out tomorrow night and get a new top tomorrow, if we go out tomorrow that is! Kinda annoyed, lindsey's havin an empty on saturday night and i can't go cos im in bloody dundee. Would rather be wiv my girls! Oh and also, mrs crawford called tonight.... lucy and i are playing in scottish schoolgirls now... didnt actually want to! So now i've to be at st andrews for 7:30 in the morning, which means we're gonna have to leave at like 6. what a fucking joke.
