Kate can’t help the giant smile pulling on her lips, the always infectious joy of this place amplified by the emotions of the day. It swirls in her chest, filling her lungs and pushing against her heart. She wants to run after them and join in, let the adrenaline crash through her veins, pushing her into a euphoric bliss.
