so for some reason i decided to glance out the back door this evening, and i noticed a bird swimming in the pool. it looked like it was just hanging out, so i laughed and pointed it out to my dad. he said it was a duck, and i looked closer and sure enough there was a lone baby duck swimming in our backyard. so we went outside and as soon as i ( Read more... )

I remember when I visited you guys at Willow Grove and you were incubating the duck eggs. You had like a million ducks, too! Now what are the odds that, of all the animals that could wander into your backyard, you got a duck?? What are you going to name it?

you could always name him quack... i mean he is a little off his rocker if he manages to land in a swimming pool...

or you could name him "Howard" after that 80s movie "Howard the Duck"

huey is close enough to howard! :) he's like a houdini - houducky - hou - huey. and it's like huey, dewey, and louie.
