so i talked to cingular and their solution to my lack of service is to give me a new phone and make me sign a new contract. ugh.

my dad did some research before he bought his phone and found that verizon is the best deal. if i got a verizon phone then i could call my parents free all the time. the problem is that the guys in the mall said that jackson doesn't have a verizon store. however, my dad recalls seeing one while he was up there. does anyone know if there is a verizon store in jackson?

also, for those of you with cell phones tell me what the pros and cons are of the company that you are with and the plan that you are on, please.
