Yeah, so I finally wrote more today. I'd decided to skip that chapter that was giving me trouble, but I was a bit sick earlier this week, so it wasn't until now that I was able to get more writing done. I wrote the entire second chapter today, and started the third, and I'm feeling much more into the story now. I don't know when I'll go back to write that first chapter - probably not until I'm at least a third of a way into the story, when I'm feeling more confident about it.
Meanwhile, I'm starting the next phase on my revisions for my first book, Rotting Beauty, and I'm really not looking forward to it. It's basically revising for description and, ugh, I hate working on description. But it's got to be done.
