lost in the rainbow land....
Hello, welcome to my translation community, I hope you find it interesting and useful.
You can call me shii, I'm the sole owner and maintainer of airainbow. I created this community for my translations. I intend to translate more and more interesting (or at least what I think is interesting) stuff, although not regularly. I hope you can enjoy reading the translations as much as I enjoy translating them.
I've been living in Japan for quite a while now, Japanese is my second language, I passed JLPT lev.1 certification in 2002, 2003 and 2009. English is my third language, please feel free to correct me if you find any mistakes in my English.
People have asked me about whether they could retranslate/repost my translations, so I thought I should mention my "rules" here:
1. My translations are open for public.
2. My translations are free to use, whether it’s for retranslations, reposting, quotes, etc.
3. Credits are not necessary but please don't claim the English translations as your own.
4. Do not make money out of my translations or your retranslations.
5. Sometimes I also share LQ scans of the magazines I translate. The scans are completely mine, I always scan them myself from my own magazines. They are also free to use, credits are not necessary but do not sell them.
6. If you wish to credit me, please credit this community (airainbow) instead of my personal username.
7. If you use my translations for whatever, it's not a must but I'll be very happy if you let me know.
8. Sometimes I don't crosspost my translations anywhere, so please feel free to join (membership is open) or watch this community for updates.
9. Although I can't reply all of the comments, I always read every single one of them. Thank you so much for taking the time to comment, it really encourages me to translate more ♥
10. Please feel free to discuss anything related to the translation entry in the comments.
Well, as you can see, I don’t really have any rules, my only wish is that my translations will be beneficial to Arashi and their international fans :)
