Ninomiya Kazunari’s statements are liable to be misunderstood sometimes. That’s because he doesn’t easily express important things in words. We follow such earnest thoughts of his and the only path he has been walking.
As he skimmed through Aiba-kun’s long interview featured in More May edition, he read aloud and said jokingly,
“Nino forced me to play games?” (laugh) By the way, about this game software, I was entrusted with Aiba-kun’s money, and I took the liberty to choose and buy the game I liked. In Arashi, next to me, he likes to play games the most, so I thought it was okay (laugh).
Well, I surely am not considerate towards Aiba-shi, and I’m not considerate to all other Arashi members as well (laugh).
Although he laughed, once the topic started to turn to serious talk about Arashi members, he became quieter.
Ever since they debuted, the questions about members are among the most frequently asked in interviews for televisions and magazines. “Honestly, since way back, I’m not good in such interviews,” he smiled bitterly.
When I’m asked, “What kind of person are the members?” Basically, the answer is the same every time. I would say, “Aiba-kun is artless [T/N: 天真爛漫= artless, naïve, genuine, natural, innocent, simple], Sho-kun is level-headed, Jun-kun is passionate, Riida is artistic. They are exactly like people’s images of them.” But when I said that, they would say, “Is that all? Isn’t it different if seen by Ninomiya-san who’s always by their side?” But really, that is all.
Although, strictly speaking, they are not only that.
In the end, I can only talk about Arashi that much, and I think I don’t want to talk more. I wonder why? To be honest, I think [I’m] trying to look good, and also there’s pride. Even if it’s true that Arashi members are close to each other, I can’t see the positive side of seriously talking about it. I understand the girls’ feelings of wanting to know about boys’ idle talk, but to me, I would think that I’m boring and uncool if I talked about that (laugh).
Also, generally speaking, aren’t the talks girls want to hear different from what boys want to tell? Even so, if you say that it’s an idol’s or a celebrity’s job to answer the request from readers or viewers, that’s correct. That’s why I do answer the questions briefly. But when I do that, they’ll say, “Only that is not enough,” (laugh).
Except for me, other members are kind, so I think they would talk as much as needed. But to say it bluntly, that’s me (laugh). I could’ve added any episodes [of the members] I’ve seen somewhere, but the interview wouldn’t be valid. If I force myself to talk about things I don’t want to talk about, that wouldn’t be me, right?
It doesn't mean that he's being repulsive or mean towards anyone, but there are things that he can’t bend.
After all, I think I'm childish (laugh). When I look around, people around me have grown up as the years gone by. I'm the only one who's still a child.
Ninomiya Kazunari is not cut out for editing, he's the kind of guy who has to say much.
If the other persons are celebrities who are not selling their private lives, even if they were my friend, I wouldn't ask about it, and even if they told me, I wouldn't talk about it to other people. Because, I think that's the etiquette. Well, if it's Kacchan (Takahashi Katsumi) who's very close to me, I think to some extent I can talk about him in some kind of a joke (laugh).
But Arashi-san's existence is in a different dimension than that. We don't interfere with each other in our private lives, but that's because we have been working together for a long time, so our relationship and feelings are in a completely different stage.
We came to talk about Arashi previously being in charge as the Personality for 24 hour TV. In the first it was Aiba-kun, and in the 2nd it was Nino who wrote the letter to the members. At the time, compared to Aiba-kun who took his time to write, it only took Nino five minutes to write the letter.
Just because it was written in such a short time, it doesn't mean that I didn't put any feelings in the letter. But in my case, the longer it takes, the more it gets too elaborated and it'll become some sort of story without passion (laugh). So I could only write it in a very short time.
Nino has multiple layers of feelings for the members. He himself doesn't grasp it fully, and neither that he wants to. That is how much the members’ existence is important to him.

I'm not the kind of guy who's cut out for digests to begin with, right? (laugh). In the editing process of our regular shows also, the staff told me, "Ninomiya-san's words are hard for digests." Aiba-kun's conducts are interesting no matter where they are cut (laugh), Jun-kun and Sho-kun always have the aura as the leading role, right? As for Riida, although he hardly speaks, all of it is used. When it comes to me, I have to say one hundred (T/N: a lot) [so it can be aired]! I'm not cut out for digest. Well, Ninomiya san is weird so it can't be helped (laugh).

I hope you can see the connection between "summarize" and "digest" here. Nino said he can't summarize other Arashi members in words, and then he said that he's not cut out for "digest" to begin with :)
