Last year when I was randomly browsing Twitter I noticed that the #nanawrimo tag is trending all over the world. No wonder I decided to check what that word meant and found out that NaNoWriMo stands for National Novel Writing Month, a popular project which is well known all over the world. Or should I better say all over the World Wide Web?:)
Anyway, thanks to it November is declared a month when all the unfledged writers join the project to write their first book. Last year I thought it's a good idea not only for the writers but for PhD students like me also. The thing is you have to tell everyone you can about joining the NaNoWriMo and then give an account of your attempts.
And that's why I'm writing all this. I'm not going to write a novel (basically, all I can think about in my free time is the adaptation of "Howl's Moving Castle" but this can wait) but I have to start my thesis and I have to start it now. NaNoWriMo seems a good cause.
So here are my goals for the month:
1. to finish my article for collection of scientific articles (it's almost ready!)
2. and publish it
3. to write another one
4. to write a review
5. and start the introduction
And think of the suitable tag for all this!:)
