In an unpredictable universe, just a little city surrounded by seas of lava, Kakistocrati is a state ruled by the unfit. Just imagine a place where it could one day be peaceful and bright, yet the next be terrorized by Cloverfield. Here in the ancestral home of the bison, mad scientists, demigods, and those one would consider the worst of wrongdoers will manipulate and terrorize before afternoon tea. The city may often fall into ruin, but once tomorrow comes, it'll be right back to "normal." Very rarely there is a quiet day, but even more rare is a day when something makes sense. And guess what?
