I should look at the end again...

That's why he's banging on about 1 percent or was it 2? He gets out that gun, spins it around his finger (which he's not supposed to be able to do with the cognitive failure) uses the gun shaped cigarette lighter to light his cigarette and it pulls away with him laughing...

He's just pretending to be crippled, but he's in the one (or two) percent that recovers from it...

As for other great comics.... There's 'Gravel', 'Strange Kill And Kiss', 'Anna Mercury' and 'FreakAngels' for starters..
In fact FreakAngels is an ongoing weekly released FREE webcomic..
