mmmm... m&m's
Sooo... i really should be studying for my anatomy midterm friday, but my brain is kinda mush from the one i wrote today, so i'm taking a procrastination break and eating m&m's and being a creep and spending wayyy too much time on facebook.
oh man. ok. so. i have a problem. I dont know if i've just adjusted to the nasty smell that is all over my floor (not my carpet-floor, my building-floor,the 5th floor), but all week there's been a really gross smell coming from the bathroom. At the start it was contained IN the bathroom, and you couldnt really smell it in the hall, but last night i came back from the library to find this DISCUSTING used diaper-like smell being shot through this vent that is right outside my room, and the hall REEKED!!!. I checked inside my room to see if it smelled at all either, and it was fine, so since it was like 10 i decided to wait till tomorrow to tell my don if it still smelled. anyways, 12am rolls around and i'm trying to get to sleep, the only problem is the smell has leaked into my room, and i can now smell whatever the hell it is. I put my nose under the blanket and then fell asleep.
When i woke up this morning, a) my nose was plugged cuz i have that slight perma-cold that i've had since august, and b) the smell didnt seem to be there anymore. I was mildly suspicious that maybe just everything around me smelled like that now and i had just adjusted to it in my sleep.
Soo... i continued with my day, waiting till i came back from class before talking to my don if the floor did in fact still smell, whihc i coulnt tell if it did or not. And i still can't tell, so now i'm scared that i smell like the halls and people are going to be grossed out... but i havent gotten any smell complaints yet, so i'm hoping for the best.
Anyways...new, not-gross topic!!!
ummmm... i cant decide how i feel about this weekend.
you see, i'm excited, cuz i get to go to a halloween party one night,and have a girlsnight in watching movies and drinking cheap wine (or others will be because i don't like wine...) the other night.
I'm going to be paying for these fun nights though, because saturday i haev to get up and be at a pool i've never been to before for 9 (so i haev to find where it is) so that i can take my advanced instructor's course for swimming (its a frieking prereq for first aid instructor's(which has nothing to do with swimming), which i don't understand) till 12, and then i have to work from 12:30-7, then go to girlsnight, then wake up at like 6 the next morning so i can go to work for 7-4, and then go back to school. And during all this time i am supposed to be studying for my dead cat bell-ringer anatomy lab exam on tuesday, which i have no time to study for before the weekend because i will be studying for my human anatomy exam which is on friday
anyways, enough rant for today... it's time to go to soccer!!! yay!!!
