I've spoken a lot about most of the Doctor Who icons already, so you know I adore them. I don't know if I have gushed properly about #12 though? Because I LOVE it. LOVE LOVE LOVE. Love the color contrast (and you went for an unique color pairing as well), and I love that you've flipped and rotated Rory like you've done. So creative and interesting. AND I GET SO MANY INTERESTING THINGS OUT OF THE COMPOSITION. Like...she's the cool one in the relationship, and he's loyalty is steadfast. But there's this separation between them still at this point, you know? And that's why there's a little bit of a focus battle going on, right? IT IS KIND OF TRAGIC, JESS. WHY DO YOU DO THIS TO ME?
And you know of my undying love for 26 and 31 because they are flawless and amazing and everything. 26 has perfect text use. PERFECT. And the green is so lush and gorgeous. And then 31 is of the perfect Salindra so it wins all the awards forever and ever.
ALSO PERFECT ARE THE SPIRITED AWAY ICONS. THE COLORINGGGGG. ♥ I love all of them, but 38 is really standing out for me right now. I love how the negative space forces the eye down to all the action and then it is all 'FIREWORKS' because its got movement and light and bright colors and ACTION. WOO! 44 is also fantastic. Such a dreamy icon. It looks like cotton candy! Also, let's talk about 47-49 because, wow. I voted for whichever variation you entered at trope_overdosed because WOW. Amazing composition and coloring and everything. Perfect. I DON'T KNOW THE FANDOM THOUGH. SAD FACE. Still a really well executed icon in all things.
In conclusion: WHY ARE YOU SO WONDERFUL? ♥

#12, oh Rory and Amy Pond. I will never, ever tire of iconing them, or that scene. I have a vision of collecting every Rory the Roman icon to have been made this year, and just having my userpics filled with Rory the Roman. But I digress... IT WAS FUN! I am sorry I do these things to you with my unintentional composition but I AM GLAD YOU LIKE IT ALL THE SAME.
I am loving GREEN at the moment. It's my colour. I mean, yellow will always be my colour, but Once Upon a Time caps want to be green, so I'm playing with it and it's FUN! And I promise to icon more Salindra for you in the future, because she is a flawless character and therefore deserves the love.
SPIRITED AWAY! Ngl, I had Studio Ghibli claimed for a round at inspired20in20, and I was SO SAD I didn't get to start the icons, let alone finish it. So I think I'm definitely going to try and claim it again now that I'm free and go from there. SO I AM GLAD YOU LIKE THE COLOURS BB! #44, LOVED MAKING THAT, because I totally wanted that effect. Oh Peter Pan, it will forever be my ever-lasting fandom in all it's revisionings!
AND YOU HAVE NEVER SEEN SLUMDOG MILLIONAIRE? OMG WATCH NOW BB! It is such a flawless, flawless, heartbreakingly amazing film. But I had so much fun making those (and the other icons I entered) because I was like, "Nah, going a little texture happy here) and I kind of loved the results. SO I AM SO HAPPY YOU LOVED THEM TOO!
In conclusion: I am fabulous because I am a reflection of you :P
