Virgin Bloody Mary
You need:
10-15 cl tomato juice
1-2 cl lemon juice
Salt, pepper, celery salt, Tabasco,
Worcestershire sauce
Grated horseradish
On the side: celery, lemon
Instructions:
Start by putting the salt, pepper, celery salt, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce and 1-3 ice cubes in a highball glass. Add the lemon juice, top up with a good tomato juice and stir. Add a stick of celery and possibly a slice of lemon on the edge. Be sparing with the seasoning. It’s better to add more later once you’ve tasted it. Add grated horseradish at the end too, to taste.

Forever summer
You need:
5 strawberries
crushed ice
juice of 1/2 a lemon
1 tbsp concentrated elderflower juice
1 tbsp concentrated tropical fruit juice
500 ml concentrated strawberry juice
200 ml apple cider
Instructions:
Slice the strawberries. Put them in a tall glass with plenty of crushed ice.
Add the lemon and elderflower juice, tropical fruit juice and strawberry juice. Top up with cider.

Virgin Mojito
You need:
3-6 cl lime juice
3-5 tsp sugar
1-2 sprigs of mint
8-10 cl Club Soda and crushed ice
Garnish: mint leaves, lime
Instructions:
Put the mint leaves and sugar in a highball glass. Muddle a little to crush the mint leaves. Add the lime juice and stir. Fill the glass with crushed ice and top with soda. Decorate with mint leaves or lime.

Virigin Bellini
You need:
1/3 white peach purée
2/3 non-alcoholic sparkling wine
Instructions:
Pour the peach purée into a champagne glass.
Top with the sparkling wine and stir carefully before the glass is full.

Coffee Cosmopolitan
You need:
1 double espresso
4 cl cranberry juice
1 tsp sugar
juice of 1 lime
2 tbsp syrup (orange flavour)
2 ice cubes
lime
Instructions:
Mix the espresso, cranberry juice, sugar, lime juice, orange syrup and ice in a shaker. Mix well.
Decorate with lime.
