So apparently I must be one of those people who bruise easily. I never really thought about it, but I've met my fair share of girls who complain about the bruising that goes along with martial arts training. I just kind of thought of it as par for the course, but by their standards, yeah, I must have delicate skin. Or something. Bah.
Plus whenever we do elbow drills I invariably rip the top layer of skin off the elbow(s) in question. So I am a pale, easily-bruised, delicate skinned, small woman. Double bah.
If my life were a fanfic, there would be a multitude of pretty goddamn hilarious synonyms for 'pale' used to describe me, and my personal favorite--'pasty'--would not be among them.
New assignment! If you were in a fanfic, how would you be described? Please feel free to use words like 'emerald, sapphire, fair (faire?), honeyed, sultry, placid, limpid, fiery, chestnut,' etc. Words like 'brown' and phrases like 'limp' or 'washed out' are not allowed.
