Arrgh. I totally got nailed right on my left knee in Muay Thai and now there is a giant swollen bruise. I iced it and it bends, at least, and it'll probably be better tomorrow, but right now it's just a soft sore knot above the bone.

Ahh injuries. It's about damn time I had a new one. @.@
