it's teh plague
*Everybody* in the small animal hospital is sick with this nasty, deep lung crud (duh- because they keep working, and won't go home and rest), and so the surgery residents come to oncologic path class and cough on the microscope. I had it a couple of weeks ago, but I *did* rest, so it only lasted a few days. The P-pup has been out of school since Monday, and I've been pushing cough medicine on him. He hates taking any kind of medication, which I can relate to, but otherwise neither he nor anyone else will sleep; this cough rattles the floorboards. I really hope he dosen't get a secondary bacterial infection. His father is awfully prone to respiratory infections; let's hope that's not a heritable trait.
