Trying to prepare myself....
...for working all day long, all week long with kindergarten thru second grade kids during spring break. Should prove interesting... Although, a couple weeks ago, when they had one day out of school and I had them all day, it really wasn't THAT bad having the younger ones. They actually listen better than the 3rd-5th kids, and don't talk back so much, lol. Plus, they were all drawing me pictures for the baby and stuff, which was cute. Of course, all the pictures and paintings are currently in my car because I don't really have any clue what to do with them now, lol.
Tomorrow and Thursday we have 'field trips.' Nothing too exciting, just a trip to the library and two different parks.....oh, *note to self* bring bread or something to feed the duckies at Arlington tomorrow....
It IS kinda hard to keep everyone's attention throughout the day without someone getting really bored... but *shrugs* what can ya do?
Marc and I had a nice weekend...we did the most we've done in quite awhile... Friday night was bowling with his partner from work, Mark, and kids 3 girls...(I actually did pretty well, too) Saturday was Tyler's birthday party at Bayfront Park and yesterday we met up with Mindi, Mandy, Larry and Glo for a impromptu cookout at Twin Lakes. Other than the fact it's been a bit chilly and windy all weekend, we had a good time.
We've really gotta start doing something about this damn garage sale. It's beginning to overwhelm me. lol
Got our ultrasound appt Wed... will update on how that goes..
