It’s coming. Are you ready!?

Saturday 15th May 2010 is a big date for the Oslo Eurovision. Doors to the press open and the mayhem in earnest begins for the musical event that will have 125 million (conservative figure) people tuning in!

Niamh Kavanagh (below), Ireland’s 1993 Eurovision winner has re-entered as a 2010 hopeful. Best o’ luck Niamh.

Saturday 16th marks ten days of rehearsals in Telenor Arena, ending at Oslo City Hall. Followed by a day of dress rehearsals.

The Eurovision semi finals and the final will be streamed live through Eurovision.tv. The 1st semi final is on Tuesday 25th May 2010 + will be web cast at  2000 UTC via Octoshape. Here are conversion time zones >>>.

The 2nd semi final is on Thursday 27th same time.

The musicians that make it through both semi’s join the others automatically picked for the final which will be held at Fornebu Arena on Saturday 29th May.

To watch the event on your pc you need the Octoshape plug-in. It will also be live streamed (not by me) on a live stream site near you. More to follow. The plug-in is cool.
