Summary : The death of his twin sister, Kazumi, brought Kamenashi Kazuya back to his birthland, Japan. Waiting for him in Japan were not only his families, but also, his late sister's husband, Akanishi Jin, and her 3 years old son, Hayato. Their first meeting were not as good as they has hoped for. For Kazuya, Jin's first impression weren't as pleasant as what he have heard. Whereas, for Jin, Kazuya just resembles Kazumi a lot. And to the little Hayato, who's oblivious to his mother's death, assumed that Kazuya is his mother. Due to that matter, Jin and Kazuya were to live together. Will Jin accept another person in his life? Or.. The one who got stuck with his own feelings and his sister's will, Kazuya, will he agree to be the replacement?
PROLOGUE
Dear Kazu,
How are you doing, brother? I'm sure, by the time this letter reaches you, you must've been busy studying for you final exam. Wish you best of luck k. Can't wait to see you at home after all those years you've spent overseas studying, you nerd XP
By the way, together with this letter, i included pictures of Hayato and Jin, as you requested. Hayato is growing just fine and i know he would love to meet you in 3 months time, male version of me, my other-half. He resembles Jin more, and more, day by day. With that pout on his chubby face whenever he didnt get what he wanted. And to Jin, God Kazu, please tell that fat Jin- once you've got back of course - to control his eating habit and accept the fact that he's fat.
Oh, Kazu, i missed you so much, dear brother. Time sure flies, and its already 4 years since you left to UK. You weren't even there on my wedding, even on the day i gave birth to Hayato. So, now, my only request is, faster come home as soon as you finish and if i heard any news of you to resume studying, i'll fly straight away to Manchester and kick your nerdy ass and dragged you by will or by force back to Japan. Don't even underestimate Kamenashi Kazumi, the Taekwondo black belt holder. You've been away for too long, eventhough Oyaji and Kaa-san didnt say a word, i know they want you back.
Ooops.. Jin's back! I dont want him to catch me calling him fat!Jin in a letter! Again, wishing you all the best, Kazuya. *winkwink* I know you can do it! It's just our genes~ Will wait for you~ ^^
p/s; Kazu.. if something happened to me.. promise me.. take care of my family okay.. Jin is far too good to even suffer..Hayato is far too young to feel any lost. I know you'll take care of them.. perhaps better than i did.. Just.. promise me..

Kazuya reread the hand-written letter for the ntenth time. He bit his lower lip as he tried his best not to cry. But he failed to do so.
She's gone.. Kazumi is gone..The car accident cost her life..
He thought, again, and again, and he regretted that the moment he received the letter 3 months back, he never called Kazumi to ask if there's anything wrong. He regretted that he never took the last paragraph of his sister's letter seriously. He regretted it that he only know about Kazumi's death 3 months later.
"Because you're in the midst of your exam, Kazu. He wouldn't want the grief to distract you from your study. " he recalled his phone conversation with his father.
And the next thing he knew, he was leaning against the wall, slowly sliding down to floor as his legs gave up on him.
"Why Miya? Why so soon?" he called out his sister's nickname, almost whimpering as he clutched to the shirt he's wearing.
And tears never stopped its way down his face.
