I was woken up at about 2:00 this morning and couldn't get back to sleep for ages, no thanks to the bloody awful weather. Rain, I can handle. Rain coupled with howling winds, I can't handle. Noisy? Erm, yes. Plus, when I eventually got out of bed and looked out of the window, there was the added bonus of marvelling at the large amount of fallen leaves that had been ripped from the trees due to the wind - they were strewn all over the flat residents' car park like a thick green and yellow carpet.
We visited Juliette a few hours ago, where she proceeded to talk to her potatoes. *Blinks* Erm, yes.
Yesterday, not a lot happened, at least until the evening arrived. We walked up to gran's bungalow, where my great-aunt Ethel and great-uncle Colin from Wolverhampton were staying for the night. Then we went back to the flat and watched Halloween on BBC 3, which I enjoyed, before going to sleep (at least until that bloody noisy wind kicked in).
Oh, and of course I had a fabulous time at Jem's (velmaneuwirth) on Friday. Shortly after my last update, we wandered off downstairs to take photographs (they'd better come out fine, otherwise I'll be extremely angry) and watch Most Haunted.
Before I end this update, note the fact that I am now allowing comments on my journal - only friends can comment, mind you. So, if you're not on my friends list, bugger off. =b
