The increasing amount of school shootings lately saddens me:

Of course, I was completely unsurprised to hear people on the radio today ranting about how the gunman was "ZOMG CLEARLY influenced by teh violent video games and heavy metal music!!1! Such things should be outlawed!!". *eye roll* There the media goes again, blaming assorted forms of entertainment for the world's problems... Shouldn't the debate have been focused towards how the guy managed to get hold of a gun in the first place (apparently it belonged to his father, and just happened to be lying around)? Or how there had allegedly been warning signs before the attack happened?
On a totally different note... what the hell.
