The Descent 2 trailer
Whilst capping the hell out of the first movie, I got the urge to look for a trailer for The Descent 2. Sure enough, I came across one (warning: contains huge spoilers for the first movie):
I've been having mixed feeling about this as soon as I heard about it. Now I've seen the trailer, I am kind of looking forward to it, but it doesn't really look like anything special, and it doesn't come across as claustrophobic and tense as the first movie. That, and several elements of it just seem to scream "made to appease the mass-market", especially by throwing in a mainly American cast, as opposed to the English/Scottish/Irish/Dutch cast of the first movie.
Did I mention how I seem to have developed some kind of girlcrush on Natalie Mendoza and Shauna Macdonald, though? It was more the former when I watched the first movie, but, upon rewatching that and this trailer, I'm thinking "Wow, Shauna Macdonald is hawt".
Anyway, I'm hungry. Time for food.
