Poster blaggage, catching up, and other stuff.

Wow, I'm really slacking on the updates this month.

Anyway... there's been random assorted goings-on over the past couple of days. As for today, however, I walked into town shortly after I finished work, in order to return a cheat cartridge that Euan bought the other day. It wasn't really working for him, y'see. Since he used money from the joint account to pay for it, I was free to exchange the cartridge for whatever I wanted.

So... I got myself a Licker figure. Figured I'd give my Hunter figure a buddy. XD The remaining credit was put on the reciept.

Also, I managed to blag myself a free Silent Hill: 0rigins poster, which I've seen in there before. Whoot. :D I think I may frame that one, along with my pretty SH 3 poster I've had for a few years. Once I get it back from my mum's house, anyways. I think it's still there... along with pretty much all my other posters. I need to save them from my mother's habit of chucking stuff away. Some I'll frame, others I may just stick on the inside of the cupboard doors and whatnot.

I also bought myself a T-shirt with my Christmas money, and a really spiffy pastry brush (with teal-coloured silicone bristles) from a new home store that's recently opened in town.

Whilst passing through Boots, I bumped into Kayleigh, who walked with me through town (it was absolutely pouring with rain) to where I was due to meet Euan. We just spent the time chatting and suchlike. She also told me that Jodie has named her baby Imogen. Pretty name. :)

She and JJ are planning another meetup, once they can get themselves organised (even Kayleigh admits she's not the most organised person in the world XD) - this'll probably mean another encounter with She-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named (argh), but it may mean a chance for me to speak to Jodie for the first time since 2005. That's not a guarantee, what with her new baby and all, but you never know... *shrug*

Also, my dad may or my not have developed asthma. :\ He's had a really nasty cough since October which keeps him up all night, and he keeps getting out of breath. He visited us today, and told me that his doctor has put him on an inhaler for the time being. It's still unknown if he actually has the condition. I hope he's going to be okay. Since I was diagnosed with it when I was about eight years old, I've been helping him by giving him a list of all the symptoms and triggers I can think of, so he'll know what to look out for.

Righty-ho then, that'll be all for this update. Day off tomorrow. Whoo!
