Earlier, I walked down to Euan's workplace so we could both pick up a halogen heater as it's been pretty cold lately. It'll be perfect for those cold winter nights.
The weather has been kind of weird lately (well, it has been for most of the year, really, but still) - on Saturday (or was it Friday?) it was actually very sunny and hot, when on previous days it was quite cold. The next day, it was back to cold, and today it seemed quite bitter. I also suddenly noticed, before bed, that my knuckles (well, at least one of them) were starting to split slightly. That happens a lot in cold weather, so... yup. Time to break out the hand cream again.
I made my first post on hated_character earlier today, in defence of Yoriko Anno and Lara Croft - writing out my defence of the former has really made me crave Forbidden Siren again. It's been so long since I've played either of the Sirens - I still have to complete the second one. I can't really remember how the story has progressed so far, but I think it is possible, as it is in the first game, to re-watch the cutscenes (and then there are, of course, the ever-important archive items).
*Prepares self for a massive Siren-fest sometime soon*
I also recently watched Frost And Pegg's Perfect Night In, which was longer than I thought, so I'm pretty frelling tired right now. XD
On a different note, we noticed this morning that the cold tap in our bathroom sink is pretty loose. My dad came round a few hours ago, and I showed him the problem - he said he'd look for his spanner at his house and deliver it on Friday. Whoo.
Oh yeah, and I do recall what I was going to say in my previous entry - I recently re-vamped my user info slightly. Hopefully it no longer makes me sound quite like a pretentious wankhead. XD
