My co-workers amuse me
Earlier, Lynne mentioned to me that she'd seen Dumplings on Film4 the other night. How did I not know about this?! o_o I hope they repeat it soon, because I've been wanting to see that film for ages. *poutpout*

Mandie: *talking about how there was apparently a lot of depressing music on the radio yesterday* "It got so bad, I was starting to think about taking Debbie's scissors away from her."
Debbie: "Yeah, in case I went to the warehouse and tried to hang myself."
Lynne: "...With your scissors?"
Ha ha, that reminds me of the time when we were doing some recent paperwork and a lot of it was coming from certain hospitals. One of these hospitals was called the Singleton Hospital, or something to that effect, which prompted Debbie to ask, in all seriousness "So, is that a hospital for single people, then?". XD We all just looked at her strangely as Lynne wondered what Debbie's home planet is. XD
It also kind of reminds me of the time when, for reasons I can't remember, we were talking about chickens, and I mentioned something about a chicken's "back legs", before realising "...Wait, they've only got two legs, haven't they". (Lynne's response: "I was just going to say, 'What, as opposed to the front legs?'".) XD *facepalm* I have my blonde moments, I do indeed.
