*Munches on chocolatey goodness*
First of all: Happy belated birthday to
mewski! *Hugs* ^_^
Saw the lunar eclipse last night - t'was pretty cool. :) Allegedly, there was a chance that those in the South West may not have seen it due to the weather being cloudy, but the sky was clear when I looked. *Shrug*
I've only got two levels left on Quake 4 now. :D I'm going to replay it on a higher difficulty once I've finished this playthrough, and will continue to do so until I've done it on all difficulty levels.
I have concluded that the Iron Maidens are 10 times creepier than the ones in Quake II. Whereas those gals were just kind of annoying, these new ones are like what you'd get if you crossed Silent Hill with cybernetics research. o_O These ones are hell of a lot more dangerous, too, in the sense that they can fire three rockets at the same time, teleport, and can cause temporary disorientation. Yeesh.
The Light Tanks are really fucking intimidating, too. And I thought that the Tanks in Quake II were bad. They take assloads of hits to dispatch of, but at least they don't freaking charge at you like these new guys.
Oh, and the Dark Matter Gun is made of awesome.
