Shiiiiiiiiiny!!
Went to town with Jem earlier. I bought some birthday presents and a card for Jodie, as well as some other stuff - including an adorable fleecey blanket with a plush toy dog attached to it. I couldn't resist it. I'm such a sucker for cute/shiny/sparkly stuff.
Come to think of it, I was having lots of random "OOOOOOOOOOOH, shiny!!" moments all day. XD I kept seeing lots of pretty and snazzy things that I really wanted to buy right there and then, but I managed to avoid giving in to temptation. Except for the blanket/dog, of course.
I also asked Arts & Interiors and an artwork shop if they had any job vacancies available. Alas, I had no luck. Oh well....... better luck next time.
I felt really, really tired at about 5:00pm, so I went upstairs and decided to nap for about an hour or so. I rarely ever decide to take naps at that sort of time, but my unbelievable tiredness forced me to make an exception.
............Needless to say, it didn't go too smoothly, as both the home phone and my mobile phone kept ringing. Most of the calls were aggravating and pointless, apart from Euan's calls.
But it seemed to work, nevertheless. I felt hell of a lot more awake than I had previously felt. (Of course, now I'm getting knackered again, but, eh. XD)
I feel so lethargic right now. I just...... don't feel like doing anything. And I need a cuddle session, preferably from teh lovely Euan. <3 ♥
