Maine again. This really is the last time in a while, since Ryan will probably be able to play the show the 28th. We spent a lot of time in the kitchen! There were some brown bananas in the fridge whose peels were coming off, so we put them out of their misery.
Aimy's Banana Cupcakes
*salt and milk not pictured
Step 1: Pour Jamison a bowl of milk.
Step 2: Mix the following ingredients together:
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 extra large egg
- 1/2 stick melted butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp artificial banana extract
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups mashed banana
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Pour the batter into a 12 cupcake pan lined with Halloween themed paper cups and bake for 20 minutes.
In the meantime, combine one package of Jiffy chocolate frosting with 3 tbsps hot water. Frost when cool and add "critter" sprinkles.
