[Talk about confused... one minute you're somewhere familiar, the next you're somewhere strange. Of course, Sokka should be used to odd occurrences by now (thank you, Animus,) and yet they always manage to throw him for a loop for a couple minutes.]

[He scratches his head and looks around, hoping to explore, but seeing Suki stems that desire for a moment. At least there's a familiar face nearby! Sokka closes the distance, putting a hand on his girlfriend's elbow to alert her of his presence.] Hey, Suki, what's happening? Do you know? And... where did you get that outfit?

[She turns toward the familiar face, face full of shock. He was here too? but she quickly hid it with a smile. He couldn't know that it actually hurt to see him, but she was happy at the same time. It's been over a year since she last saw him.]

Sokka! You're... [She looks at his collar.] Good. You're only a visitor.

This is the facility. It's kinda an awful place. No, it is awful, but we're safe right now.

[angle_on_it]

Wha--? [Now he's looking around, but he can't seem to get passed the sight before him. He reaches out and takes a lock of her hair, twirling it around his finger as if transfixed.] It's so looooong...

[She quickly pulls away from him. The sudden closeness only reminds her of her guilt.]

I've been here for awhile. [Hopefully that's a good enough save.] I know you probably just saw me at home, but I've been here for over a year and a half. Time flows differently here. [It really doesn't, but Suki doesn't want to tell him that they're clones.]

[angle_on_it]

[Now things are starting to sink in. Sokka raises an eyebrow and looks around.] Facility? Is this the inner city? Suki, I haven't even been here for a year, how can--? What's going on? Am I going crazy, or did you hit your head, or what? What do you mean, I'm only a visitor?

Your collar. It's a different color. But it's good. You shouldn't be stuck here anyway.

We should find a place to talk instead of out here. Hei told me about a hotel. Let's go there and talk, alright?

[angle_on_it]

Collar? What coll-- [He reaches up.] Oh, that collar. Uh, yeaaaah, let's go talk somewhere -- I think I need to sit down, anyway.

I think it's this way. [She's just gonna walk a bit in front of Sokka cause... AWKWARD.]

[angle_on_it]

[Sokka will follow along through these strange surroundings with this strange Suki, and he will not say a word until he just can't stop himself from thinking a million different things.] Is this an event? You are Suki, aren't you?

[That makes her stop.] Of course I'm Suki. And it's an experiment. The interns like sending us to different worlds every now and then... it's really confusing.

[angle_on_it]

The interns? So... so this is Adstringendum and you're here? Or I'm not? Suki, I'm really confused and I feel a bit like I don't know you right now... Maybe-- maybe we can just... figure it out where we get wherever we're going...?"

[tessenwarrior]

[She stops.] Adstrin-what? Sokka. This place is called the Facility. We've been brought here to be experimented on. Well, not you. You're only here for this trip.

[angle_on_it]

Spirits, I'm going crazy.

[And then a little louder:] This place is called the Facility? Not Adstringendum? Because it sounds a bit like where I've been the past couple months...

[tessenwarrior]

What do you mean where you've been? [She stops and looks at him.] You've been at home, haven't you?

[angle_on_it]

No, that's what I was trying to say: I've been stuck away from home for months now! I-in this place called Adstringendum. You and Katara and Jet and Zuko and Mai and Ty Lee and Azula are all there, too. You mean you don't remember..?

[tessenwarrior]

Sokka. I've been stuck here for over a year and a half. But... [A pause.] I guess it doesn't matter much with this place. There's a lot I have to tell you, things you won't believe, but it's all true. You trust me, right?
